Top 5 Outer Travel – Inner Journey podcasts

What an exciting year for our podcast. When we launched our podcast from the very beginning of 2020, we received 6000 downloads in just six months!

We have covered various topics about self-development and how to follow your inner path. We have given our support to our faithful listeners to connect even more with themselves and others. Through the experience of our dear guests, listeners identified, found, and discovered their inner gem.

We learned a lot while publishing our podcasts and improved our knowledge and community.

Thank you for listening to us, dear listeners, and being a part of the Outer Travel – Inner Journey podcast.

Join our celebration and find out why these five podcasts are the best in the last six months.

1. ALEXANDRA EPPLE – SHE WALKED THE CAMINO AS A TRANSFORMATION TO MOVE COUNTRIES

My first podcast started with Alexandra Epple – she started walking the Camino and ended up walking all the way back to Germany to her hometown.

Alexandra Epple has been active in the healing arts for 17 years. She is an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, and Thai massage therapist. Her approach to health is super practical and down to earth. When you work with her, there are no counting calories, chasing vitamins, or collecting minerals. Instead, she teaches you how to listen to your body and follow its wisdom according to Ayurveda and yoga principles.

2. JODY O’NEILL – EXPERIENCES WITH AUTISM

Jody O’Neill a writer/actor that found late in her life that she is affected by autism. How she put the dots together and then created a successful play to talk about autism to a (non) autistic audience in Ireland.

Sound3. NATASHA NANDINI – FINDING YOUR PATH THROUGH YOUR VOICE AND SOUND

Like many of us, Natasha didn’t expect what would be her life-long passion at first. She didn’t know she would be into singing, much more into Indian classical music and singing, until she felt it in her body.

In this podcast, I am very proud to share a conversation with an esteemed music and yoga teacher and a friend, Natasha Nandini, about how she found and continues to find herself in the realm of what the universe brought her to do– TO SING.

4. JOACHIM SAFLUND – FINDING YOUR PURPOSE, FINDING YOUR HAPPINESS

Our guest for this podcast is a guy with a very curious mind and heart. Meet Joachim Saflund, or Joe to his friends.

This curiosity has caused him a lot of things– mostly trouble, then and now, and he hopes it continues to do so. But this same curiosity and trouble is what also brought him happiness. But the way he lived his life has been an inspiration, seeing through what to be and not to be until the being he created of himself has helped him become.

5. AYSE DAYI – A REFINED ADVOCATE FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH

Ayse Dayi is an academic and meditation teacher who has been living in Berlin for a year. In her academic work, she researches, teaches, and conducts activism around women’s health and sexuality, on unnecessary medicalization of women’s reproductive services (in gynecological care including gyn visits, abortion, birth control, and birth) and neoliberal health policies.. She has encountered Tai Chi and qigong for the first time in the U.S in the late 1990s and has fallen in love with the practice…
